Service Description

Take time out with this 40 minute upper body massage. Relax and unwind with soft calming music, candles, warm towels and a relaxing massage concentrating on your back, neck & shoulders. This treatment will aid blood circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, increase cell production, and release chemicals and toxins from the body. This will also improve stress levels by relieving built up tension in the muscles and help towards mental well-being and increase energy levels, whilst aiding better sleep and improving concentration. The oils will also help nourish the skin. This session is used with aromatherapy oils.
