Relax and unwind with soft calming music, candles, warm towels and a relaxing massage working from your feet, front of legs, shoulders & Decollatage, arms and hands. This treatment will aid blood circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, produce cell production, release chemicals and toxins from the body, aids weight loss and cellulite reduction. This will also improve stress levels by relieving built up tension in the muscles. It will also help towards mental well-being and increase energy levels, whilst aiding better sleep and improving concentration. The oils will also help nourish the skin. This session is used with aromatherapy oils.
