Service Description

Indulge in a full 75 minute full body massage. Relax and unwind with soft calming music, candles, warm towels and a relaxing massage working from your feet, legs, back and neck, then turning over for your shoulders, arms, hands and abdomen. This whole treatment will aid blood circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, improve digestion, increase cell production, release chemicals and toxins from the body, and aid weight loss and cellulite reduction. It will also improve stress levels by relieving built up tension in the muscles and help towards mental well-being and increase energy levels, whilst aiding better sleep and improving concentration. The oils will also help nourish the skin. This session is used with aromatherapy oils.
