This 40 min session will be focused on using oils to the skin and giving a relaxing upper body massage to the top of the back, shoulders and neck followed by a relaxing massage to the scalp, finishing off with a gentle face massage and some calming balancing techniques to improve mood. Indian Head Massage is performed in a chair where your feet are grounded and you are covered in a warm blanket, the oil is applied to the upper body and can be applied to the scalp if required.
